Cybergaze queries publicly accessible data sources. We do not aggregate, store, or sell personal information beyond what is technically necessary to deliver results within a session. Query inputs and scan outputs are not retained after your session ends. Users are expected to handle any data obtained through this platform responsibly, minimize unnecessary collection, and not use results to build unauthorized profiles of individuals.

04.No Surveillance Abuse

Cybergaze is not a surveillance platform. It must not be used to monitor, track, or profile individuals without their knowledge or lawful authorization. This includes domestic surveillance, stalking, or any form of unauthorized monitoring — regardless of the target's identity or the user's stated motivation. Any use of this platform to facilitate harassment, intimidation, or coercive control of another person is strictly prohibited.

05.Research & Security Intent

This platform is designed for security researchers, penetration testers operating within authorized scope, journalists investigating matters of public interest, compliance teams, and individuals auditing their own digital footprint. Security testing performed with Cybergaze must be authorized by the relevant system or network owner. Conducting reconnaissance or vulnerability analysis against systems you do not own — or do not have explicit, written authorization to test — violates this policy and may constitute a criminal offense in most jurisdictions.

06.Prohibited Activities

The following uses of Cybergaze are strictly prohibited:

07.Transparency Statement

We operate transparently. Cybergaze queries publicly available data and openly documented APIs. We do not use deceptive data collection methods, and we do not facilitate access to private or protected systems. Our tooling surfaces information that is already publicly accessible — it does not extract data unlawfully. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates this policy or poses a risk to the safety of others or to the integrity of this platform.

08.Contact & Reporting Misuse

If you observe misuse of this platform, or believe Cybergaze is being used in a manner that violates this policy or applicable law, please report it. We take all reports seriously and will investigate and respond promptly.
